Kitchen Ventilation System In Action
To demonstrate the difference in a working commercial kitchen Nottingham between not having a functioning catering extraction system and installing an efficient, well designed and maintained system we have created the two videos below.
We have used smoke bombs to visually represent gases, fumes and vapours that any commercial kitchen will experience and you will clearly be able to see that without the ventilation system working the gases remain in the Nottingham kitchen environment and will only increase and cause problems. With the extraction system working the vapours are removed directly into the canopy and out through the ducting leaving the catering environment a clean and pleasant place to work and in which to prepare food.

System Not WorkingWithout an efficient extraction system it is clear that fumes, gases and vapours remain in the kitchen polluting the air for all people in the environment, for further food preparation in the room and additionally increasing the chances of the contaminated air migrating to customer-facing areas of the business premises.

System WorkingWith a well-designed, installed and maintained catering extraction system in place our demonstration clearly shows the stainless steel canopies capturing the fumes, gases and vapours emitted and channelling them away from the working environment before they can pollute the area.
